Commercial Broker
Brian Stephens is a commercial real estate broker based in Benson, NC, with eXp Commercial Advisors. He helps owners, investors and operators buy, sell and develop commercial property across all of North Carolina. His background covers commercial sales, industrial properties and development land, and he looks for places where positioning, zoning and highest-and-best-use strategy can create value. Brian also owns and operates property. He owns two salon suite properties, with a third under construction, and about 12,900 SF of commercial buildings that he designed and built himself, including three buildings in downtown Benson. That builder-owner experience shapes his advice: he is clear on zoning and use, practical about operations, and focused on deals that work on paper and on the ground.

April Stephens brings 20 years of real estate, marketing, negotiation and development experience. Her particular strengths are land, commercial leasing, tenant procurement, property positioning, and building strategies that connect the right people with the right opportunities. She is a Triangle native and served 8 years in the Army National Guard as a Combat Medic before starting her real estate career in 2006. She also leads a 30-agent residential team with $106M+ in 2025 sales volume and 284 transaction sides in 2025. With Cassidy Stickl, April marketed and leased The Station in downtown Clayton. That historic adaptive-reuse project went from vacant to an active downtown destination with a complementary mix of tenants.

Cassidy Stickl is a Commercial & Land Advisor with eXp Commercial Advisors. She previously worked at Highwoods Properties in Raleigh, which gave her firsthand exposure to institutional commercial real estate, property operations, and what sophisticated owners, tenants and corporate clients expect. She was born and raised in Benson. Her background includes EMS work, residential and commercial property management, and growing up in her father's plumbing and construction company, which gave her a practical, ground-up eye for property. Cassidy co-led the leasing of The Station in downtown Clayton and co-lists 421 McArthur Road in Fayetteville.
